6.2 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the specification of any products and designs without further notice.
6.3 All products are made to order and are non-returnable, unless faulty or delivered damaged (see Shipping & Returns Policy).

7.3 Precise colour matching cannot be guaranteed between different batches as all products are made to order. Slight differences between batches ordered at different times are to be expected.
7.4 Information in our specifications or technical/hanging advice, whether verbal or written, is for guidance only and given in good faith but without warranty, as site conditions and levels of skill in application are beyond our control. Our liability for performance of the products arising out of such use is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
8. Fabric
8.1 Many of our fabrics have natural and manufacturing characteristics such as slubs, knots, pile shading and pile direction (including nap on velvet). You are responsible for ensuring the fabric is suitable for your intended purpose and that you are aware of its characteristics.
8.2 Fabrics and dyes can be affected by light. Wherever possible, products should be positioned away from direct sunlight and heat sources to protect them from fading and premature wear.
8.3 Regular cleaning in accordance with the care instructions will help prevent dirt from prematurely ageing or damaging the fabric.
8.4 Fabrics are sold only in full metres or yards, subject to minimum order requirements.
8.5 We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products on the Website. However, due to variations in monitor display, we do not guarantee that colours shown on screen are accurate. We recommend ordering a sample of the colour you are interested in before placing a main order.
8.6 Samples can be ordered from our Website.
8.7 Fabrics are supplied without soil- or flame-retardant coatings unless otherwise stated.
9. Product Use

10. Product Descriptions, Colours & Characteristics
10.1 Every effort is made to ensure that the Products we supply correspond as closely as possible to the samples displayed online, but there may be variations due to the unique characteristics of our materials.

- Slight shade variations between printing batches for fabric and wallpaper.
- A 3% allowance on fabric alignment.

12.2 All card payments are processed by our card acquirers for a fee that is included in the cost of your purchase. We do not take additional fees for different payment methods. We do not accept cash.
12.3 Refunds, where applicable, will be made using the same method as the original payment.
12.4 We take reasonable precautions to keep your order and payment details secure. Except where we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

13.1 We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information is uploaded.
13.2 Although we aim to keep the content as up-to-date and accurate as possible, inadvertent clerical or administrative errors may occur and information (including product descriptions) may not always reflect the product exactly. If an error is identified, non-acceptance of an order may occur, subject to your statutory rights.
13.3 We make no representations about any other websites which you may access through our Website or which may link to our Website. Any such website is independent from us and we have no control over its content or availability.
13.4 A link to another website does not mean that we endorse or accept responsibility for its content, or for any goods or services available through it. We are not liable for any loss, damage or offence caused, or alleged to be caused, in connection with the use of or reliance on any such website or resource.
14. Intellectual Property

16.2 Nothing in these Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
17. Data Protection & Privacy
17.1 We respect the privacy of your personal data and will comply with all relevant data-protection legislation.
17.2 We will not disclose your personal data to anyone unless required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction or as necessary to process your order (for example, providing your details to couriers).
17.3 By placing an order with us, you agree to your data being processed by Anna Jeffreys Ltd and relevant third parties involved in fulfilling your order.
17.4 For full details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
18. Payment Security (Stripe)
18.1 Payments on our Website are processed using Stripe, which provides a range of built-in and automated security measures designed to protect transactions.
18.2 Stripe Radar uses real-time, AI-driven fraud detection to identify, block or flag potentially suspicious transactions, drawing on data from the wider Stripe network.
18.3 Stripe supports 3D Secure (3DS), which may require customers to verify their identity with their issuing bank (for example via a one-time authentication code) before a transaction is completed. This is implemented under various brand names, including Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check.
18.4 Stripe is certified as a Level 1 PCI DSS service provider, ensuring compliance with high industry standards for handling cardholder data. All data transmitted through Stripe is protected through encrypted connections, including HTTPS, TLS and mTLS.
19. Risk & Title
19.1 No order is binding on you or Anna Jeffreys Ltd until it has been accepted by us.
19.2 Title and ownership of the ordered products will pass to you when they are dispatched by us to the postal service or our carriers, or when you have paid us in full for the products and any delivery charge (if applicable), whichever is later.
19.3 Risk in the products passes to you on delivery (see Shipping & Returns Policy for more detail).
20. General
20.1 If any provision of these Conditions is held by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
20.2 You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Conditions or any related order for products to any third party without our written consent. We reserve the right to transfer, assign or sub-contract any of our rights or obligations under these Conditions, or any related contract, to any third party.
20.3 A failure by us to exercise or enforce any right under these Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right, nor prevent us from enforcing that right at a later date.
20.4 These Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
21. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

21.2 It is your responsibility to read the Conditions each time you use the Website. Your continued use of the Website signifies your acceptance to be bound by the latest version of the Conditions.
